Quarterly Financial Reports

D.C. Code, Section 1-309.13(d)(1) and (2) gives the District of Columbia Auditor responsibility for financial oversight of ANCs and the auditing of their financial accounts. The Auditor requires each ANC to submit quarterly financial reports. The reports are prepared by the ANC Treasurer and approved by the Commission at a public meeting. The Auditor may disapprove any ANC payment that does not comply with the applicable rules.
